I met her
at a coffee shop.
She was taller,
more outspoken
and better looking
than I'd thought she'd be.
We talked about the past,
specifically;
and relationships, generally.
She thought,
"What might he look like
with shorter hair?"
And I thought,
"What would she look like
with fewer clothes?"
