When they stepped out into the pre-dawn, she inhaled deeply. She found that the sweet clean fragrance from the rain enhanced her ability to think clearly. And she was grateful for His voice. Grateful, that God had rescued her in the nick of time. But she realized that her experience had taught her a very poignant lesson; passion and desire were not to be toyed with. Any one, at any time, could be swept away if they permitted themselves to be put into a vulnerable position. She had put herself in the position to be tempted and only God had kept her from following her own way. She looked up at the heavens and silently thanked Almighty God for His intervention.
