The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is a license to kill other people.
Second Amendment: Mandate to Kill People Uriah J. Fields
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, ratified December 15, 1791, legalized and authorized individuals to use guns to kill other people. The Amendment was enacted when the population of the United States was 3,952,838, and consisted of 756,624 Black people (59,000 free Blacks and 697,624 Slaves), and 3,172,590 White people, a total United States population of 3,929,214.

“A well regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed”
Some people believe the Second Amendment asserting the right to keep and bear arms applies to the individual having the right to keep and bear arms.This is the practice in the United States.There are other people, including this writer, who believe the right to have and bear arms refers to a militia such as the National Guard.
As of mid-November 2022 there were 39,699 gun deaths in the United States that included 21,582 suicides. There were 35,176 injuries. Mass shootings where four or more people were killed, not including the shooters, were 602 with the latest being the November 22, 2022 Virginia Walmart killing of 6 people.
When the United States Constitution was ratified in 1791 the United States consisted of 15 States with a total population of 3,929.214 people. In 2022 there are 3 329,500,000 people in the United States. This alone, more than suggests, that what may have been applicable at that time when riding on horse back was the preferred mode of transportation is not applicable today when millions, if not more than a billion, people are being transported by automotive vehicles, trains and airplanes.
It is pure insanity and tradition for Americans, based on the aforementioned ideology, to adhere to Second Amendment mentality that resulted in 39,699 gun deaths in 2022, while Japan, without such Amendment, had less than 20 Gun deaths in 2022. Remember, during World War II Japan proved she had the ability to use the gun to kill Americans.
This writer predicts that with gun deaths increasing each year in America that by the year 2050 when gun deaths will account for 50,000 a year, fueled by more white insurrectionists as occured on January 6, 2022 when white supremacists attacked the Capitol and came very close to killing Congress persons and the Vice-President. I believe it will be then that the United States Congress will enact real gun legislation, unlike the 2022 gun legislation enacted by the Congress and signed by the President, that is not worth the paper it is written on, but will enact gun legislation similar to gun legislation in Japan, Great Britain and Canada.
In the meantime, “damn be the Second Amendment” that legalizes people killing people numbering 39,699 gun deaths in 2022 so far in the United States.
