Our thin-skinned bodies (skin, hair, nails, eyes, brain, kidneys, etc.) actually need more water than ever during the cold harsh weather.
Just 'cause we don't sweat in heatwaves doesn't mean our bodies won't be dying of thirst. Nails and cuticles, especially cracking lips and scaling skin wreak havoc on our bodies in the winter time. But most people don't know how much water they need.
The following link is something to help our bodies wash themselves clean on the inside. And for those who take medication, it just makes sense to fuel our bodies with water so those medicines (the ones we can afford anyway) can do the best job possible.
Why waste a doctor's office call just to not follow the doctor's instructions? It just makes sense to make an investment in the only body God gave us so we can use our talents and gifts to help others, to be the best we can be for our families, our churches, and our communities.
So why not find out what I found out, thank God, two years ago? Best investment we ever made, and it's worth checking out. Just holla' back if you have any questions.

Dehydration, sometimes produces a sensation of hunger among other things. As you know, with my broken shoulder, I've been taking pain medication. I started experiencing an empty stomach kind of feeling, accompanied by a need to sleep. Remembering what I had read about dehydration, I increased my water intake. It took several days, but that "hungry" feeling is all but gone. However, a visit to the doctor is forthcoming, and doctor's advise is always to be taken over mine, or anyone else's, as the symptoms I think can be dehydration, can also mean many other things. But I do agree with you, water is very important, in fact it is vital! Thanks for all the information you bring to us. You are truly valued! :-)
