The work sold out and entered into a second printing within a year of release. Since that time the book has been distributed throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Corpus Collosum was the first to buy foreign rights and published the work for distribution throughout India. The first foreign translation rights were purchased by Kosel-Verlag for release this week in Germany.
