This is being posted for those who may not have revisited my bio because it tells about the author of "Immaculate White Smoke," namely me. It tells about why I believe and what I believe. I hope you will visit my BIO on a regular basis and I truly hope you enjoy my thoughts and writings.

My sister reminded me of this childhood occurrence. I believe it says a lot about me. My mother became very worried when I was about six because she thought I had become such a liar. Upon speaking with the doctor she was told, “He’s not a liar. He simply has an active imagination. Don’t do anything to kill that. It is a wonderful tool for survival.”

This of course was before there was such a need for therapists. This was during a time when life was so much simpler.

Today, I more than ever understand what he was talking about. Here is an instance! The imagination can allow us to study God’s word and question, yes question... the word. We do not need to doubt but we can ask for more enlightenment. We can simply ask God for more information. Is this a bad thing?

A good example is the creation story. Was it as simple as God drawing Adam in the sand or did the Lord simply explain it that way because at the time in history when the bible was written people would not have understood a scientific explanation.

Could we have evolved? I believe we could have. Many say God created the Heavens and Earth in six days. Jesus said a day is as a thousand years to the Lord. So much for the one week creation story.

My book, “Immaculate White Smoke” came from my imagination. It is not meant to be taken literally but none of us have been there. The question here being how do we know it is not possible.

I do not have all the answers. I am only glad I know he who does.
