Envy and hatred would have their day with you or have nothing...

Nice guys finish last they say, but boy, if you haven’t proved that wrong. It took time, of course, but you had plenty of that, didn’t you? You still do. Your time is endless, like your love.

We don’t know so much about your Middle Eastern childhood, but we presume it was one of study, play, and the usual chores around the house. Your father most likely eked out a living for himself, you, your mom, and any other member of your household. You most likely helped your dad saw wood, sand it, glue it, and nail it together. Then came the decade of your twenties. Where were you? Making preparations? Again, we presume. Then came your thirtieth birthday. Ah, now we see action; but the action of a good guy, not that of a bad guy like a thief, murderer or warmonger.

You ate, drank, slept, lived and preached love. But that dark hour, that painful day drew nigh. Envy and hatred would have their day with you or have nothing. It was two thousand, seven years ago more or less.

Oh, how those loyal to hatred and envy gloated the minute you breathed your last! But in the end, you, the nicest nice guy of all times, finished First. We (and You) see and hear your lovely name thousands of times daily on this old planet. Is it not number One on the lips of many millions in this world? I’ll certainly bet on it.

An interesting tribute to Yeshua ben Joseph AKA Jesus. It is something to ponder.
