36Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now my kingdom is from another place."

5The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. 6And he said to him, "I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to.

I truly love the fact that so many of our young people are moving closer to Jesus.However this new movement to vote for Jesus for President is something they need to clear their mind of.
The fact is Jesus has turned down the offer to rule this world.He is waiting on a new kingdom set up by the father.If you read in John 18, verse 36 or in Luke Chapter 4, verses 5 and 6 you know what I am saying.
Satan promised Christ total power over the world and Jesus turned him down.The Presidency of the United States would be no exception.When the father decides it is time there will be a new Heaven and a new earth.That is when Jesus will reign in all his glory.Until then he must reign in our hearts.
The world will go its own selfish way and this, except for the grace of God will lead to its destruction.
That is why, though I admire these young people for standing up for Christ I would pray they understand that his kingdom is not of this world but of a new world set up by the father.Give your heart to God through Jesus.The United States of America is a wonderful country but it has many flaws.The Kingdom Christ will preside over will be perfect.
The preacher just came to visit me this afternoon. I had this pulled up. Surprisingly Pastor asked me at end of visit if I was right with God. I expressed my doings on the den to him and said I was always a christian from little on up. He was satisfied then. I do think the den is good for me.
Our culture has taught us to believe in many ideas which aren't actually real. Exposing these illusions allows us to recover the power to live our lives according to our deepest desires.
