Whether you have faith or not i think many of us feel this way at varied times in our life.

Lord, the world is bearing down on me again, it is beginning to cloud my vision again, it wants me to give up, throw in the towel, so once again I stand before you asking for guidance and direction.  I still get frustrated feeling this way when I no that much of the world lives in conditions unimaginable to me.  I know I am not the only one who feels this way; the continuous nausea wears on me, to live in the moment is a tough assignment and now all I want to do is scream from the mountain tops yelling out stop, leave me alone, I want peace in my soul, I want to consume the words of you that will bring me to peace.  I look out my window, I see the awesomeness of this world, I see the blue sky, the white clouds, the brilliant sun so why are the forces of negative thoughts the controlling factor in whether of not I am happy or sad.  Many days I feel like I am on the battlefield alone; a soldiery figure with no support or willingness to follow you and what you stand for.  It seems so easy to follow and believe in your wisdom, but people and the world keep beating and beating and beating on us.  Your words are so powerful; let them pierce the hearts of the lost and regain the knowledge needed to salvation.  I’m tired of the song and dance, the avoidance of speaking your love by the human species.  If I can see the truth of life why do so many still live in the shadows of years gone by under the mask of their own demise.
