UPDATE Extra Oil: Obama & Earth To Stop

Last week's Oil covered two purported events. This Oil is to update everyone as to the validity of each, one of which we questioned at the time:

Earth Predicted to Stop:
This one was and is true ; earth will cease to turn according to prophecy. But, as we mentioned, earth will not stop until we are in the clouds with Jesus. The data for this article came from both NASA and Science Blogs. However, the second report:

President Rumored to Resign: Data below cannot be validated until Monday—
WWN also reported on Sat. 04/01 that Pres. Obama will call a special news conference on Mon 04/04 to announce his resignation. At the time that Sister Tammy reported this to RDK, BonnieQ said, "I would not be surprised if the web article is marked "April Fools" by Monday. From Sister Joan and Brother Paul, we learned that Weekly World News is a satire site that, at no time, reports valid news; although, Brother Paul did tell us it was an April Fool's stunt. Apparently this also applies to World News Daily since a similar story appeared at that website.

The above is exactly why we included disclaimers as to the validity of the presidential story. RDK's main reason for running the story at all was so the sheep would understand that nothing would change regarding Christ's return to take us up. His return is true and we anxiously await that glorious day.

This is all we have for this Sabbath week; BonnieQ has another oral surgery appointment, a post-op x-ray to determine proper healing before molds are cast. She will be so glad when all this is over and done, for she is exhausted from the long distance drive for the many appointments since May of last year. Please pray that all goes well and fast! Still, we will do our best to put together a more informative Oil for next week's Sabbath.
 

Under any and all circumstances, dear Sheep, remain calm and peaceful; fearing no man and what he can do to the flesh. Fear only He who can destroy both flesh and spirit being, that you might enter the gates of heaven. Keep in mind that God said His people would not go without the necessities of life. Remember that He also said Christ will not be late. The wedding parable of the groom possibly being delayed was, first, a possibility that no longer exists, and a warning to be prepared at all times for His arrival.
