I tell many people I believe I live and work in Paradise. Travelling through Nova Scotia listing, selling and appraising real estate for so many years has been a wonderful experience. I always have my camera at the ready to capture those special moments that our creator sprinkles all around us in our daily travels. Those few minutes of sunlight fading. That one evening sky never to be repeated. Colourful fall contrasted by the many shades of blue water flowing through the forest or waves breaking on our many miles of shoreline. I have been fascinated and in awe of the beauty of our surroundings and my faith is constantly being reinforced by the magic of creation.
I invite you to explore our wonderful province through my eyes by viewing my photos and paintings posted on line at the link below. When winter winds are blowing and roads blocked by snow I am warm in my studio trying to recreate some of the beauty I have witnessed by painting. I am continually humbled by my inability to recreate God’s magic with my paintings. A Thomas Kincaid I am not but the peace and contentment I feel when creating can not be bought with money. There is no price tag on therapy that restores your soul. Especially when it gives you a break from the rough and tumble world of real estate.
