Yes, we are now in 2012! We made it. Sometimes something comes to me that I feel is worth sharing. Have you ever made New Year’s Resolutions thinking that these are what you want to change or to receive in this new year? For most people it is like ‘falling off the wagon,’ so to speak. Resolutions are seldom kept.
The following is something that resonates with me and I hope it does with you. What I have learned about affirmations is that they must be slowly read or said each day at least three times. By doing this, the brain is filing it away while the energy goes out and creates what one desires. It may come immediately, or it can take some time. The one thing I have learned is to have patience and to never give up. It is something like planting a seed. Some seeds sprout early, while others take longer. Here is a beautiful list of affirmations holding great potentials.
