Ask yourself 6 Powerful Questions

Now is a great time to review your 2012 and prepare yourself for 2013. Ask yourself these 6 questions:

1. What were my top 5 Big Goals professionally and personally?
2. What was my biggest win?
3. What progress did I make on my 2012 goals? Be sure to notice improvement no matter how big or small.
4. What was my biggest challenge?
5. Am I shifting anything in 2013 (focus, goals, etc)?

6. What help do I need? You don’t have to do it all by yourself. There are resources and plenty of help available.

Be sure to celebrate what worked and all of your accomplishments as well as identify areas for growth and improvement. Going through this questioning process will make goal setting easier for 2013.
