First as then too dipicted  in Star Trek the tv series people go beaming from place to place there be no traffic problems or waiting on emergency vehicles for help you just beam to a hospital if your sick you just beam to a grocery store,no more cars pushing each other no more traffic tickets no more ambulances either .

Then the  second we could use shields technology over cities that are in fact destine  get hit by hurricanes put up the shield the city protected. After such a devastation we must be taught how to cope with each other and how too be ready next time we get hit by one .

Then next we then should be able to do something about  housing and that instead of close houses next to each other like in Florida or California why not condense them, instead of three houses right alongside each other why not one house with more room in it .

But please then get rid of the transportation system we got now use the transporter technology its easier simplier to use too.
