Israel and the United States warned Syria many times not to transfer any weapons to Hezbollah. Even Putin was aware of this warning. This attack was legitimate. In my view neither Assad nor Iran will react. If Assad reacts this will be the end of his presidency. If Iran reacts, they would have picked the date Israel will take care of their installations.
