Many traditional scientists, clinging to the ideas of the 1960s and 70 say this stuff is not science but magical thinking. I like to think of myself as a true sceptic (OK, skeptic if you must) who neither believes nor disbelieves anything and so I approached this research with an open mind.
I'd love to tell you it's entirely true and we can know of things before they happen, but if it was so I would not be here but down at the bookies backing the winners of all tomorrow's races.
There is some substance to the findings however. It will be interesting to see what further research comes up with.
