In regards to a query upon my use of antiquated terminology

Actually, my antiquitous mannerisms are limited to neither poetic nor prosaic diction, for it is within an all encompassing address that the poet should find the merit and character of their particular style. While I must grant that my discourse has often leveled to the mundanities of our common standard, as is wont to occur by the social relativities which shape our everyday presentations, my inclination is far more towards the grandiloquence which, as product of linguistic amalgamations, furthers the scope and breadth of language in the spirit of progression.

I both acknowledge and deny the validity of the credo that archaic address should be retired in the respective contexts which promote that aforementioned progression. As the words may serve a purpose yet, in the understanding of our literary heritage and thereby the betterment of our modern communications, I would not so soon discard the merit or worth of these words in modern perspective and discourse.

Shake-spear, while he promoted the progression of language through a visionary scope of his modern course, through neology and relative methods, nonetheless relied upon words which far preceded his time in those circumstances which suited a timeless communication better. Truly, the key to long standing and widely influential writing is not only to take the progressivists course in regard to expression, but to pay accord to all great words which hold a significant psychological and sociological
bearing in times past, present and future. So was it also with Donne, who wrote numerous pieces with antiquated terminology, now dubbed scientific. Perhaps that is my aim, in some context. The science of poetry must lend accord, by all terms and the established facts of historical consensus, to a relativistic and ultimately concrete standard which transcends all modern ages. The most prominent words, to poets and common readers alike, are those that stand longer than stone and monument. Perhaps it is most ironic that we share words which have lasted longer than any of the great wonders, save one, and the words of that surviving wonder are long lost.

As a final note, I should declare neology one of my passions, so much as the preestablished languages. I hope this elucidates my position to you.
