Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Claflin University and a Master of Arts degree from George Mason University.  Kelley navigates through life with a positive attitude and views herself as a “glass is half-full” kind of person.  She firmly believes that people with a positive attitude and optimistic outlook will see and find opportunities that others simply will not.  One of her favorite quotes is by Cadet Maxim: "Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible." Kelley currently lives in Northern Virginia with her family.  She is also a motivational speaker who believes that self-empowerment, self-awareness, and self-motivation are the ingredients necessary to take control of our lives, reach our full potential, and transform our goals into desired actions and outcomes.
