"All I ever wanted was to spend / My days with you / If this cannot be let my days end"

Poem Artwork

Please Stay...

I am still alive
Thought I would never make it
To 2005

But I could never take it
If I were alone
Lost without you

Unloved and unknown

What would I do?
I would not smile and fake it
Nor could I ever bear to pretend

As I fall

The only one who understands
You hold my heart with fragile hands

After all

All I ever wanted was to spend
My days with you
If this cannot be let my days end

If you must go let me go with you
But somehow can you stay with me?
Yours is the only love I ever knew

Little blue star
Of destiny
Tell me you love me
Please let me know
That you are still mine

Shine up above me
Tell me you are
With me here below
Give me a sign

Little blue star
Of ecstasy
So high and so far
I need you so
Tonight here with me

I do not care
What other people say
I cannot bear
For you to go away

Please stay...
And I will hold your hand
Please stay...
I always understand

I will keep you company

Transcendental butterfly
Play with me...
Silke Shining in the Sky
Stay with me...

I cannot bear for you to go away!

Please stay...

Please stay...

Please stay...

I agree with Sandie but then love never dies and somewhere beyond those stars is the place where you will never part.

Hi Steven:

I'm saddened by this emotional write. Your words and the longings are so powerfully-displayed. You are a true writer of the soul!!

I hope everything goes well with Little Blue Star Silke. I hope she'll stay and the two of you will be happy.

Sandie Angel a.k.a. Sandie May Angel

sigh...tears...I am sorry, Steven, but I have no words...no quick fix to soothe your soul. I pray for your strength and a sign that Silke is still near.
Take care,
Sherry

Haunting Melody by Flo Fitzpatrick

A search for the ghost of a chorus girl chorine haunting a costume designer’s Manhattan apartment leads to an encounter with an eccentric, mischievous witch with the ability to send folks back through time…in this case, the 1919 Ziegfeld Follies.
