Transcendental Sonnet #1416: Sweet Girl I Promise We Will Be OK Listening to Dylan dreaming of you My sons came and visited me today I believe in some things as just plain true Like hope and faith and love and being kind Even when the world seems out of its mind My ears are wide open to what you say And more importantly my heart is too I have some good strong coffee in my hand My daughter will visit me on Tuesday All three of my kids and you understand Every crazy thing I say come what may We listen to each other we are one Believing in life liberty and fun Sweet girl I promise we will be OK +Steven Curtis Lance Copyright MMV
