Into a brave new world I go
blindfolded, but even so
My mind is in the game
heart and soul the same

Now that my mind is set
the stakes I bet
Hold in a breath and wait
knowing
I can never clean this slate

All that I can do is hope
throw myself down this slope

Honey, I can wait a million years
for you to release your fears
