The Stalker

Poem Artwork

Don't shine to bright or someone will come for you
with cruel intentions and hard hitting fist
Don't tell me it isn't so, cause I have it first hand
in scars that will never cease to hurt

I see you everywhere I go
you haunt my dreams
Your body over me
To muddle my screams

Tell me your different
I might not trust you
But you will anyway
cause that is what
stalkers do

Come out from the shadows you want to play
Make yourself known, I'll put you to the test
Take me to heaven or take me to hell

Do your worst or do your best

Put me to the test
I will not fall
for anything else
than good intentions
and gentle acts

Show me you are different
earn my trust
and you will
have my heart

The consensus says that stalkers are bad. This comes from the sensational news about stalkers that hurt people, either physically or simply mentally.

But for a brief time, when I was infatuated as a youth, I would seek out the girl of my dreams until she rejected me. The test you referred to.

Nothing ever comes from being meek and in the shadows. One has to come out into the open and make a gesture…" Would you like to go out with me on Friday night?"

BTW that playful photo makes you look like a cute dog waiting for someone to throw a piece of meat.
