Driven by justice

Poem Artwork

I am driven by justice
Just like you

We are convinced we are right
That is 100% true

For both me and you

But where do we end up
when at end of the trail?

Where is our world
when we've found our holy grail?

When no more we set sail

Is there a place called Nirvana
that us await?

Is there such a thing as perfect
at the end of the bait?

If we hold on to our faith

And what is right, what is wrong?
If we search our hearts

What is true and what is false?
When broken down to parts

When lost without charts

Does a lost cause linger
if we look to the clown?

Echoes of boots march
upon hallow ground

From the past a familiar sound

The flock to follow his voice
in spite of the gas that linger

Without shadow of doubt
its the devil that point his finger

Of genocide a bringer

Brazen he pretend to believe
point his finger to the skies

Shout his false truth
that many know are lies

But not enough of us defies

He is the anti christ that lure
a nation with his voice

Make the people believe
they make the right choice

Ashes and ember the flag he hoist

A different point of view from your usual poem. I sensed a lot of concern about how we treat one another in the way you've written this. Once again, the clash between good and evil.
