I wrote this poem after a group of people succeeded with their aim to sabotage a publication I'd been producing.
On This Earth
by The Poetess (SRP)
I'd hoped it would happen
But I didn’t fully believe As I sat on this Earth alone
To think, write and grieve.
Then I built up my confidence
As strong as it could be,
Hoping the rest of the world
Could think as much of me.
Humbled to core, I was,
In rejections lashing strong. But still, I write to sing
The heart of my song.

A wholesome passion bellowed out, and ... it was this writing--this writing by, the Poetess. I see you have come out of great difficulty in this writing.
