Addresses and things, how it has changed.

*Talking to people* *in so many ways* *how my father* *would have been amazed.* *It was not that far* *into the past* *that my father* *did pass.* *Yet there was no mobil phones* *no inernet* *or sattelite television.* *No email addresses* *as of today* *everything was sent* *the envelope way.* *Spam not in tins* *as he would expect* *and cookies* *that you do not eat,* *things in hands* *without wires* *holographic images* *from the past.* *How he would have* *sat aghast* *at the images transmitted* *that were live,* *of family and friends* *in real time* *talking like they are* *in the room.* *in 33 years* *how the world has changed* *how he would* *have been amazed,* *I talk here* *as well as there* *my life in all sorts of places* *in part I share.* *Even i must admit* *how fast it is* *that things* *have changed.*

John- Love that picture!
And sweet poem, I can feel the sadness and loneliness/missing Dad! I know... How Technology is a' Changin'!!! We must follow along to survive.

Yes. How fast things have changed, maybe not only for the better. Communication must have been more to the point and thought through when it took longer for it to get to it's recipient.
