Why do we cry for things unseen

things that are far away,

for people who we do not know

and who may never pass this way?

Has this world become so sad

that the pain we feel

touches hands,

that those we shed a tear for

are now before our eyes

hurting us inside

much more.

Victims of terror

those dying in want,

the devestation of lands

and people that are gone,

the sicknesses that prevail

and unemployment as well

while nothing seems to break the chain.

Thank God for God being there

telling us why these times are here,

that we must not be complacent

or hide ourselves from his word,

that troubles will continue

righ until until,

the end of Earths dark night.

Do not run from these days

believe they will not end,

trust in God

not in men

and those whose god is Satan,

for though he feels he has the stage

very soon he will see

the end of his days.
