You can't go anywhere where He's not. It took me a long time, when I was young, to wrap my noodle brain around omnipresence. Never had a problem with omniscience or omnipotence. I remember the revelation I had about 'Christ in us, the hope of glory' and how that changed my whole mindset from just intellectualizing and studying about Christ, to personal 24 hour a day availability through prayer.
