Thank God I’ve lived long enough and have become wise enough to appreciate my 'relationship' with Him …much more than what He gives. Pressing on!

Dear God, at my age there’s many things that I’ve wisely learned to hold dear Indeed, so many things…You Provide for which I tenderly care Gifting with un-compared love… You answer prayers from day to day Responding even before I ask… You chase concerns away You’ve known me forever, thus… our relationship has become…special How glad I am You didn’t grow tired… as You taught me to trust and nestle It doesn’t take…materials…to please me I’ve grown to appreciate…a star And since I’ve never pined a castle this brings me to where…we are… Far above …afore mentioned bliss there’s something I’ve cherished so much; Sweeter than…all …You give…is …Just the Two of Us! We always envision ourselves as only one, until we realize that there are "two of us". Lovely sentiments worth preserving.

I believe that there is so much power in prayer! Sometimes I imagine what it would be like if the entire human population on earth would pray at the exact same time....like set a date and time. Can you see it, Joyce? Thank you for your uplifting poems especially with all that is going on in this crazy world!

My human partner responds when I talked to her. Sometimes I don't like what I hear from her, but I listen and learn. She does the same for me. An imaginary friend is always going to be on your side, but not necessarily a good companion… Sticking with you through thick or thin.
