Shall we thank the flowers

for pleasing fragrance and beauty…or

shall we thank…its Maker?

Shall we thank the sun, moon and stars

for warmth, radiance and shine…or

shall we thank…its Maker?

Shall we thank the waters

high and low that revive and heal...or

shall we thank…its Maker?

Shall we thank the air and winds that roam

which give us life and breath…or

shall we thank…its Maker?

Oh, how vast...the trove of instruments

which tempt us to paths of homage intent

Even human beings will, in error, profess

that...thru them...can we reach God for success

Leading astray those who know not God's Word

to believe false enticements that are wildly absurd

Thus, in render of appreciation and adoring, yet…

we must take the utmost care to only direct

All our praises to...The One Worthy Creator

that is, ALMIGHTY GOD…THE MAKER
