He’s always there and it takes just a moment…to reach Him! Pressing on, Amen

Poem Artwork

Come let us fly…

to The Morning Light

Come let us soar…

to The Son, so Bright

Come, take just a moment…

for…our God … does entreat

Come, let’s find guidance

for our pilgrim feet

With faith, we’ll alight

beyond…the world’s breach

Oh come, let’s not tarry!

yes, come...let us reach…

The Morning Light!

1John 2:8, Psalm 119:105, Rev 22:16

I am so grateful that the terrible hydrogen thermal nuclear power source at the center of our sun will keep burning the way it is now with little fluctuation for another 3 billion years or so before he grows into a red giant, running out of fuel.

And I am so grateful that the earth rotates in such a way that every 24 hours, the sun appears again in the East and warms the land, giving everything life. And finally, the tilt of our earth's axis giving us our four seasons in the temperate zone with its great variety of life and tolerance of temperature extremes.

Across all the spiritual traditions, the symbolic image of light has prevailed. It has always been ALL about the LIGHT. God is the light of the heavens and the earth.
