I don’t know about anyone else, but my contentment is Jesus. Without ‘Him’ in my life…I would have no reason to...Press-on! Amen

Without You... I would cease to be I would know no peace...no tranquility From the valleys I alone could not alight... there would be no meaning in my life My mountains I would not even dare... a search for faith within...would find me bare My hurts would not be nurtured without Your healing smile I would have no strength to press on and go the extra mile And sleep? I could not sleep a sleep of needed rest then awake to find myself renewed…refreshed There’d be no guidance as I journeyed along the way…and who would I turn to…or cry out to…when I pray? Without You…my world would appear bleak my spirit…downtrodden…so weak There would be no hope for my tomorrows… no dreams of adieu to all earthly sorrows I’d find no sunshine…after the rain there would be no joy…through the pain No balm…no calm…no pleasure in the psalms…Ah! Without religion, our lives would be meaningless. With religion, there are purposes in our lives. With God, we have faith and confidence within ourselves.
