Tender…wisps of strength

surround mirroring…comfit…

sweetly drip and fill atmosphere, hence…

perfectly…like snow alighting summit

Heofon vestures prod, succor…needed

though no syllable disturbs… quietness

yet, ravaged soul…has interceded…

and God, in merciful response…does bless

Thus, as nectar of…another day…

crawls…into… its predestined place

reason…gives way…to realty display…

endeavoring…to seek…His face

Ointment from…collected implores…

nurse...candid pain...that’s vivid

melting…into open sores…

soothing constant torment, so rigid

These days…belief in miracles…wane…

in fact, often…some may even scorn

albeit, ‘til one stands thru…a vicious rain…

then, invariably...dead faith is re-born

Faith…to press-on through disaster…

faith…in One…who has never …lied

faith in …Him…who is breath and caster…

of this entire universal …stride

Has He not shown us a…path

warning such days were sure…to come?

saying, only way…to overcome wrath…

is by our eyes stayed…on the Son

We must not forget…predecessors…

who carved a gilt trail of martyrdom

for, truth… always enrages accusers…

who scoff candor…beating ire drum

A solace source…found in such a time…?

words, found in Scriptures of Life…quench

leading to revival, that dulls tine… 

ushering, so relished…wisps of strength
