It’s fun while it lasts
There’s a lot to explain, but not much time.
I broke his heart, but he broke mine.
It was nice at first, and we were having fun.
But it happened so quick, and then we were done.
In a way I’m glad because we didn’t go anywhere.
And we weren’t going to, now we’re fair.
I guess he did me a favor by ending it fast,
Or else this boring relationship would last.
