Tell your plumber, he needs to an electrician, at least...ed (though personally I have found that hitting the computer with a plunger to be good for the stress level)

I know how you feel, I had problems this weekend and was limited to time. I called a tech at tech support to have him help me download some spyware and firewall, had another hacker. He didn't tell me to uninstall the software that had expired...guess what??? Hours I spent on the phone getting this situation resolved. But I'm up and running again, until a new hacker comes up with a way to bypass my new software...sometimes I agree technology does stink! Hacker, viruses and those especially. Enjoyed your poem...great and creative.
