Dedicated to two lovely friends
Roseanne And Angela

Poem Artwork

"I Jest"

Within my “in crowd” of friends

I flourish with delight

They bring out the best of me,

In Jest

A plastic ornament ring I wear

On my nose

Like a ring on a bull

To be led around, where ever desired

Like a ring on the nose

Of what I call a mamaluko (A wimp)

Whom beautiful “Sadist”

Wearing black leather,

A whip and stiletto heel

Lead by his pierced nose rings.

I Jest

To see reactions on other’s faces

To listen to comments

From those not close enough

To understand what I am trying

To convey

As I jest about….. life

I post with the loveliest of friends

Roseanne & Angela

So they too can remember when

For a moment to them

I was at times a clown

Not just a friend

Hanging around.
