That was like being between a rock and soft water. But I thought a minute. If you are a small flat rock. You might be picked up from the bottom of that pond and given a spinning throw as you are skipped across the surface of the pond before being dropped deep into the water where you will probably never be retrieved again. But what a thrill ride that must be--dead or not.
I much rather be a rock in a pond, then a rock in the ocean, the oceans is too big, easy to get lost, or forgotten. A pond is much more easier to sit aside, pondering about how many fish will join me????
