Does this seem at all familiar

Listen to your heart near mine
Then have another toast
Lets flow out to the landing
Take in sweet blooming Jasmine
Raise a kiss to yesteryear
Then recall our old imaginings
Let's waltz into tomorrow
With spirits held so tight
Then when you feel as I do
And if it feels all right
Infinity will open up
The prospects of this chance
Then you will be completed
With this never-ending dance
I've missed you for a lifetime
As I flow into your soul
Then tender stars ignite and burn
As steeples start to toll
Will you take up all my dances
And never leave my side
As daydreams blend to night bliss
Can we share the evening tide
The ones that are familiar
From ages long ago
When the waltz of all our dances
Brought together two old souls
You see you are forever love
You've sensed it all along
Your chills are merely welcoming
This waltz that does belong

For quests are soon a memory

Beautiful Susan, just really beautiful. Lives and loves so entwined in the mystical, eternal universe. Wonderfully written with a vision and clarity that abounds with ideas of life , afterlife and and eternal spirit.

Rest assured my dance card will have your name permanently slotted in a place at the top of the list. It is amazing sometimes the sense of deja veux that that we feel when we connect on a deeper level with someone we never met before but feel we have known our whole lifes. Does give creedence to the previous lifes theories and with a name like Felix I must still have a few left to come. Perhaps we will meet again then for that dance.
Commitment, honest and unwavering, through the thick and the thin, in sickness and in health, till death do us part, seems a notion of the past. Why is it so hard for so many to find someone to love, and for that love to last?
