I know you're here this morning
I feel you all inside me
I hear your heart beating its pace
I can sense but I just cannot see
Sometimes our passions awaken
To the sensitive side of another
There are moments when life is whizzing us by
As we sit with our thoughts that smother
When a mystery of a provocative chance
With a tingle that comes to the surface
And a knot that sits in the back of the throat
As our hearts are clinched and embraced
Its realizing the chance that is wakening
Its swallowing hard that new thirst
Its keeping impulsive reasoning intact
While you sense your passions will bursts
Its knowing the warmth of someone
The fire from the heat of their arms
The smile that breaks into a grin
With security bound with their charm
Its another day for some of us
But a special one for me
A sensing of not being alone
With a spirit alive and free.

I like the feeling in the background of this, subtle yet strong, unseen but yet known, a soul sensed within another causing the soul never to feel alone. I love your writing, when I read you I get to peel back the layers as I go, I love exploring the depth of it.
Someday we will write together and our thoughts and words will flow endlessly and their depth will contain all inside us that is good.

You can conjure up intimate moments out of thin air, which by the time you get through with them, the air becomes as heavy with dense, sensuous fog . . .
To sense and feel the presence of another who we care about deeply even when they are miles away is an almost spiritual awakening as this poem so purely captures. Love and feelings like this are rare but always treasured.
