If you're living you're in deep, whether you want to face it or not.

Poem Artwork

This isn't alarming,
I'm really into this poeming.
I'm buried into living,
hope God is forgiving.
Peace and love got my goat,
so much that,
I'll sink with the love boat.
I love my fellow man,
but at times him
I can hardly stand.
Food got me sunk,
but
I leave alcohol to the drunk.
Then there's sex,
it's a continuous hex.

Maybe I need to see Dr Phil
get with his healing deal.
Surely I do do a lot of praying,
will until this body is decaying.
I know I'm in deep,
pray to the Lord
my soul to keep.
Not only my soul I pray,
but everyones each day.

We're all buried,
but
I'm not worried.
Worrying is for the birds,
and these are only words.
Words wrote in time,
some make sense,
others only rhyme.

G

There is wisdom in your verses, Grady. Worrying is bad. I know. It makes me sick but I think I may be divesting myself of it. Thanks. Love and peace.

Great Write, don't know if the birds worry or not, but I know we are gonna have to concern ourselves with the birds, especially migratory ones,

Good to read you
