Up comes the ground, in comes the down. What was a smile, now is a frown. I chase after the smile, it's more of my style.
The smile knows, on my face it glows. It warms my heart, gives my day a better start. Life is a lot better, with joy as babysitter.
Poetically I know, again I want my mile to glow. Circumstances tries to prevail, the devil reaches from hell. I duck and I dodge, hoping my smile isn't a mirage.
