Sooner or later love will place us all
in the fool for love category,
in some form or another
we all end up with a foolish love story.
I was a fool for family,
but family wasn't a fool for me,
this caused me more trouble than
my eyes could see.

I couldn't take it anymore,
so I finally learned to close my door.
Romantic love lead me down
quite a few shaky roads,
a few times I ended up with
some pretty crazy toads.
Not that I was any better,
love doesn't workout
with two crazy toads together.

Ribbit, ribbit!

Love is the chosen tool
of the wise man and the fool.
The wise man holds onto the principle,
even while his butt roasts in the oven.
The fool recognizes love in others,
takes advantage of eveyone
even his own sisters and brothers.
He has no love inside,
other than the slip and slide.
Slip in the door empty handed,
slide out leaving 
his victims stranded.
