Written after spending 6 weeks in a locked room at the age of 12..
I sit alone
in my blue room
Waiting for the loneliness
I know will come soon.
I do not mind ..
because I know
the loneliness
will let me go
It will take my mind
to a familiar place
where life is more
than this human race..
Where children laugh
Where it seldom rains
Where I am safe
from life's inflicting pain.
Then I awake
I feel the gloom
I know I am back
in my blue room
A quick escape
I try to find
but I know
it's only in my mind.
Such horrific remembrances...I'm thankful you have come through so well!Keep writing, its a gift.
