whispering corny things into your throat.
Things like, “I love you.”
I just want to convey every thought,
every feeling,
every nuance of me to you;
from laughing, to crying, to screaming, to pleading.
I just want you to feel me.
Feel me in my mind.
Feel me in my heart.
Feel me feeling you.
I just want your thoughts to glide
from discovery,
to curiosity of what more -
or how far -
or how much further can we go.
I just want to do everything with you.
Without fear,
without shame.
I just want you to give me everything.
Not those useless material things;
those are not things of value one gives
or keeps.
No,
I mean you.
I want you,
I want you to give me you.
This is so supreme I do not know where to start except by saying I am a little envious of the person you are writing this to. The words are priceless and so rare that they speak volumes. The graphic though gorgeous is unnecessary and is overpowered anyway by the strength of the poem. The best Sara.
