As I look
around the world.
I see that
the world of joy
has no place
for the tears
of the poor.
The world seems
to be running
after the tides of gold.
It has no time
to soothe the
wounded heart
of the shore.
Tormented by
the barbarity
of the money,
people are
grinding
love to dust
under its wheels.
As I look
into the eyes
of the poor.
I realise that
they are as hungry
as mine. They are
as hopeful as mine.
They are not
afraid
of the pain.
They have
accepted it
as the bridegroom
of their life.
But nothing
hurts
the most
than watching
them dance
with the death
to the song of our life.
Yet, they are waiting
for a change
waiting for
a new
tomorrow
to wash away
their pain.
But...
Who will carry
the burden of their heart?
I have my own burden.
You have your own burden.
Who will carry
the burden of our heart?
Look at the trees
they grow tall
not for themselves
but to shelter us all.
Let us learm from
them, and forget our burden
to carry the burden of their heart.
You may say its
impossible
but unless we try
to do something impossible
we will never be successful
beause we cannot achieve
the impossible
by only attempting the possible.
Let us look
into our soul
and realise that
those who serve the humanity
need not sit for the meditation.
Serving those in need is the
mother of all meditation.
Let your life be the spark
of the love that ignites
the lamp of the soul.
Let your life be the spark
of the light that ignites
the lamp of the world.
Only the Good Lord can carry our burdens Bhuwan...
And only he can dispense charity and benevolence to the needy and oppressed..
We are but tools in his hands...of ourselves we can do nothing...but pray for mercy and kindness form Heaven....

We all can do something. Our govenment is dropping their debts.
And a www. world vision, one can sponsor a child, giving them education, food, a home, and fresh water. Just for a few dollars a week. many lives can be changed.
Via world vision one can go over and meet their friend, and help with a project.

Edwin speaks a harsh realism below and his words are somewhat true. However, man is different to all else in creation in that he shares the divine attributes of the ability to love and hate. (God hate??!! Yes, I think so: how can you perfectly love if you don't hate what is an anethema to loving?) I think that the key to life and death, in spiritual terms, (which is something else that humans share that the rest of the created order may not), are in these two emotions. Unlike me, Bhuwan, you speak from the wellspring of love and the source of experience and knowledge: yet your humility and lack of judgmentalism; your compassion and graciousness are endlessly expressed in these loving writes in which you "plead" with a heartless and ignorant world - and yet never seek to judge, only to understand and encourage. Your magnanimity and magnificence never cease to truly amaze me. Bless you always. LOL Kate xx
The world we live in now is doomed for destruction, but we can still try to do what we can to help those in need.
I know you care Bhuwan. Your a good man.........
Bhuwan, you have achieved what few can do. You have become
like gods son with compassion of heart and words of wisdom
with a voice of love,Keep faith and hope through your words
and you will connect with many over time that will benefit
from what you say and do, and in turn you will benefit from them.
Blessings , love and thanks to you for this treasure!
ain't it the truth. the bible says the poor will always be with us...if we're not going away, isn't it time something is done about us? thank you for penning this eye-opening write--well done! APPLAUSE!

Bhuwan, you've struck my core with this piece... I carried so many burdens for so many, it almost destroyed me as the burden carrier... I have been joyful, this past summer, able to blind myself to the world's pain. I thank you for reopening my eyes.
The message in this poem is clear, compelling and heartfelt. All your poems inspire, but this one I can tell came straight from the heart. It drove me to tears. I don't understand this world, Bhuwan, I really don't.
Compassionate universal feelings! you are a wake-up call for the rest of the world that have decided to cast a blind eye to the predicament of millions who suffer beyond imagination. Great contribution, may your voice amplify and vibrate louder and wider for the sake of all of us. Some day the most privileged will wake up realising that any injustice practiced on the weakest child in the remotest corner of the world is diminishing. We are all interconnected and responsible for every manifestation of the human genome everywhere.
Bhuwan,
This one hits hard and deep a message i fear has always been and will continure to be for jesus said the poor you will always have among you but in the same breath he said give to the poor and he also turned and said and unless you have love so love is the bottom to all three of his thoughts and remarks that if we truly love {love- sharing,caring,giving,then giving more.}
This is a message you can keep shouting poet of LIGHT for it needs to be heard...
Excellent compassionate poem Bhuwan.......
another compassionate write. i really like the last stanza. it's a simple thought i think many of us can carry with us day by day and "be the spark of love" whereever we can. Dawn
I believe that many see the tears of the poor and respond. Nice write.

Yes, Bhuwan!
The world loves the heroes who will pay the cost of greatness and the call of greatness will be heard by those who will hear it....
There is ALWAYS hope and hope does not fail us. There are those who will still serve compassion...
Touching and thought provoking...But love has never determined the evolution of any living thing and a tree grows only for its own survival and propogation. Mankind has put itself at odds with nature.
Greed and evil must be fought, but this world will continue to exist long after mankind has perished. Until then the weak will die and the strong prevail. The irony is that each of us must make a concious choice between life and death. Simple, Sad, but true.
