Weak and tender Is the willow tree Which is next door to me, And which is slender Like a maiden’s waist. Who would have thought This morning That it happened last night— The gust did break Her longest twigs, her best. . . To cut me to the heart.

You must have a lot of willows where you are, I find you talk a lot about willows in your poetry. I like oak trees because oak trees are strong. Willows look weak and depressing; but then again it suits poets who are depressive.
