The small words which the stupid men speak Can be the true poison to a man's character; so, You perceive them not; you understand them not, But how can you separate yourself from them? All the clever men toil on; and all the wise are sad. Those who are without capability to seek for nothing, They eat to their full and drift like an ocean-going ship Loosed from its moorings, and aimlessly wander about.
