Ever have a day when you just knew
That you had bit off more than you could chew?
So innocent, I go on some blind date…
And this is what was waiting on my plate.
I can not even think of looking cool
When all my body wants to do is drool,
I must have looked like I had seen a ghost,
And all I just kept thinking was, “I’m toast.”
This really can’t be happening to me,
Hallucinating, that’s what this must be.
When some guy sees me sitting there with her
I have to smile and say to him, “Yes sir.”
I try to speak, but taken with her charms
My heart’s already called out five alarms.
I’ve never been so weakened in the knees,
And then she goes and says, “How may I please?”
Oh Lord I don’t believe what I am hearing,
You’ve heard of hot? Well this my friend is searing.
Excuse me dear, but did I hear you right?
You wonder how to please me here tonight?
Some opportunities just can’t be missed,
And this is one that I will not resist.
This is no time to stop and wonder why.
No, this is now or never- do or die.
I wouldn’t dare to dream a dream like this
But when she leaned to crush me with a kiss
I thought of all you folks at Author’s Den
Who wouldn’t ever hear from John again.

Well I must say that it is a good thing to be distracted by and yet it is very good to hear from you anytime.
You wish, John!!! Death by extreme body builder's kiss. Not a bad epitaph I would say. I love this write it is so much fun. She must be using steroids or she is a transsexual having a long-term testosterone upsurge.
