Time to Truly Rejoice

The birds are all a singin

What a merry Easter voice

The little woman and I now

Dressed in our Easter suits

I even took a hot Easter bath

And spit shined my old boots

�

It�s Easter Sunday

Time to Truly Rejoice

The birds are all a singin

What a lovely Easter voice

�

We thank God for another Easter

This one may be our best one yet

We are just so glad to be together

And blessed with wonderful pets

�

What a cheerful Easter voice

Our many critters are all a frolickin

Although there�s a cool nip in the air

Much warmer days will soon be here

Filled with nature�s glory everywhere
