“'Tis the Night - the Night,

Of the Ancient Eds’ delight,

And they are all at their play;

Ye might think that all about,

Ye hear the wicked wind shout,

But no, it is they - it is they!”

From The Ancient Book of Ed

Being Ancient Brother Eds and Immortal

Can be both a blessing and a wicked curse

But we three Eds have all lived long enough

To realize that things could always be worse

Halloween always gives us the opportunity

To be ourselves, and to mingle among others

And we always uphold The Ancient Ed Code

Handed down centuries ago to we three brothers

And this year, all three of us Ancient Brothers Ed

Have been invited to Mr. Fee’s Gala Halloween Ball

So I thought it best to inform the other AD party goers

Of things you might see as you gaze about the dance hall

Edvard The Elder is a wily, centuries old, vampire

He is known all around the world as a ‘Ladies Man’

He’s a master of the waltz, the tango, and the samba

He will whirl you around the dance floor, most grand

But just a word of caution and advice, about old brother Edvard

As you dance about with him, he may just try to bite into your skin

So, to protect yourselves ladies, wear lots of hair around your necks

He’s truly afraid of hairy women, be they pleasing plump or very thin

Jersey Devil Brother Ed, of course, is a centuries old oceanic reptilian

He masquerades as a pot smoker, living in a trailer on the Jersey shore

He has a tendency to scratch his flea bitten butt as he searches for food

And if you dare to feed him a fly or two, he will be yours, forever more

As for myself, Pee Wee, I was transformed into a wolfman by trolls

And you may see me howling up at the moon, and/or sniffing all about

Please do not be offended if I happen to sniff your derriere, as we chat

My wife gets upset when my dogs and I do that to guests, without a doubt

So,

Halloween Party Host,

Mr. Freaky Fee,

Please Have Plenty of These:

Very Bloody, Bloody Marys,

Creepy Crawler Appetizers,

And Scratch and Sniff Games,

At Your Gala Halloween Ball

For We Three Ancient Eds,

Plan to Party,

All Night Long!

And A Special Note To The Ladies In Attendance:

I Will Be Selling Dance Tickets,

If You’d Like to Tango With Edvard;

And I’ll Have a Fresh Supply of Flies,

If You’d Like to Feed The Jersey Devil.

And To One and All,

A Horrifically Happy Howloween!

☺2008, Mr. Pee Wee Wolfman Ed

Sounds like this will be a real hoot
but one thing I advise about your snoot
please keep it very far and clear
from my old and crusty derriere

Shhhhhhhhhh, don't let anyone overhear, but I heard it on the grave-vine that Edvard the Ghastly carries a battery-powered fan which swishes the hair off of all those tasty female necks. Muahahahahahaha!!!

A howling good write, Ed, I've got stormclouds all packed and ready: just some trouble getting the lightning bolts to cooperate and get in my case - OW (good thing I'm immune to their shock but it still stings - right in the a ...) LOL Well done, see you there!

I am getting the heebie jeebies just thinking about what a great time this is going to be. So much to do and only one short night to do it in. I checked my list and have extra of all you ordered and you can tell Jersey that I have some of those tasty treats of his on order but also have loads of our own extra crunchy moose shit flies which I am sure he will take delight in. All in all looks like we're going to have a "freaky friday full of fright at freaky fees..."
