Sweetie’s furry children
Are now seven weeks old
Ready to take on the world
Ready to explore it, most bold
And like every other feline I know
They each have unique personalities
The grey and white, he loves to Eat
And if you recall, his name is Jersey
The eldest of this tiny group, the very first born
Is a wily, white whiskered rascal, named Edvard
He tries to blame his brothers, for all of his mischief
But both his Ma and Pee Wee know he’s a wild card
And all three of our Sweetie’s ornery males
Old Edvard, little Pee Wee, and hungry Jersey
All seem to take very much pleasure, and delight
In harassing their little and lovable sister, Tiger Lily
Mean Tall Woman has already fallen in love with her
And I know that we will be keeping her, and her mother
But as for old Edvard, Pee Wee, and ever expanding Jersey
She just shakes her head and says, “They’re typical brothers!”
